Studio Soar

Studio Soar is a Hawaiʻi-based indoor cycling studio built on the belief that fitness should empower, uplift and connect people. The studio inspires riders to “soar higher” physically, mentally, and emotionally through every obstacle and experience.

The current challenge for the brand lies in retaining new members beyond their trial periods and increasing attendance during off-peak hours. The target audience is Hawai’i locals ages 23–45 who value health, community and balance.

The desired solution is to “localize” the studio & use a community-first marketing approach that strengthens brand loyalty, creates emotional connections, and positions Studio Soar as the heartbeat and avenue to local wellness.

The name Studio Soar stems from the vision of the verb “soar” which reflects breaking limits, always striving for more, and moving with freeness.

“Soar For A Cause” turns movement into meaning. 4 times a year, Studio Soar dedicates its rides to giving back to the community by partnering with Hawaiʻi-based organizations that uplift our people, protect our land, and nurture the future of our islands.

  • Hosting quarterly events keeps the energy high and gives riders something to look forward to without overwhelming them too much. The campaign positions Studio Soar as a studio that gives back to Hawaiʻi, and invites new members who value community-driven wellness.

“Soar Spotlights” is Studio Soar’s quarterly series that highlights Hawaiʻi’s local creators, athletes, and community influencer figures through movement and music. Each event features a guest host — someone whose story, energy, and influence inspire others to rise higher. Together with Studio Soar’s instructors, they lead a set of rides that merge fitness, culture, and connection. This campaign celebrates real people with real roots — turning the spotlight toward the local voices shaping Hawaiʻi’s creative and wellness scene.

Soar For Him

“Soar For Him” spotlights pairing the endurance and energy of Studio Soar’s rides with the strength and structure of personal training. This campaign invites men specifically, to experience how spin can amplify total fitness performance and recovery all while building connections between Studio Soar and local gyms across Hawaiʻi.

Each month, Studio Soar partners with a local gym to host a Soar For Him event. Riders who join get exclusive access to discounted personal training sessions from the partner gym — helping them take their fitness beyond the bike.

“She Soars” is Studio Soar’s signature women-focused ride, celebrating empowerment, connection, and resilience. Each month, the studio features an all-female instructor lineup, highlighting local women who inspire, lead, and elevate their communities.

The campaign encourages members to bring other women in their lives — friends, mothers, daughters, or sisters, creating a ride experience that goes beyond fitness to foster community, mentorship, and shared strength.
